Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the growing legal team in Gravesend. You will manage a varied caseload, advising on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and tax planning, while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with strong private client experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a supportive, forward-thinking firm with good career progression and development

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied caseload advising on wills and estate planning, probate, LPAs, trusts and tax planning.
• Advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries with clear, practical guidance.
• Handle Court of Protection matters where appropriate.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide empathetic, professional service.
