SaccoMann in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-regarded firm. You will manage a broad caseload and provide practical advice to individuals and families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A compassionate and personable approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Interest in developing long-term client and referrer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning matters.
• Administration of estates and probate matters.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising on trusts and trust administration.
• Inheritance Tax planning.
• Court of Protection matters where appropriate.
• Providing tailored advice to individuals, families and business owners.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assisting with business development and maintaining relationships with local referrers and professional contacts.
