SaccoMann in Preston is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEx to join a collaborative firm known for work-life balance. You will manage wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2–3 years PQE in Private Client.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, estate planning, Trusts, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using legal case management systems and managing deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of Wills, estate planning, Trusts, probate, and LPAs.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and build trusted client relationships.
• Assist senior solicitors and Partners with complex matters and contribute to case strategies.
• Support business development to enhance the firm’s regional profile.
