Henderson Scott is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join a respected regional practice in Epping. You will handle wills, probate and trusts for a loyal client base, delivering high-quality advice with discretion and client care.

Working within a supportive team, you will manage a varied caseload, develop relationships and progress your career in a firm committed to staff development and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience across private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs and trusts.
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across wills, estate planning, probate and trusts.
• Handle Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Provide tailored advice to a loyal client base with high levels of client care.
• Support estate administration and tax planning in complex matters.

The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Lifetime planning and wealth preservation

You will work closely with a loyal client base, developing lasting relationships and providing tailored advice on often complex and sensitive matters.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and strong experience across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and trusts.
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently whilst delivering outstanding client service and building long-term client relationships.
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to contribute to the continued success and development of a well-established Private Client team.

STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
