Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited seeks a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its Slough office. You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs, and estate administration, with autonomy and potential for partnership.

You will work on high-quality matters for HNW clients while contributing to business development and growth of the team. STEP qualification is desirable, and there is opportunity for progression in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in private client work.
• Confident managing own caseload and working independently.
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP (desirable).

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their Slough office. This is a really good opportunity for someone looking for their next step, with the chance to take on a varied caseload, work with HNW clients and have genuine input into the continued growth of the department.

You will have a high level of autonomy and will be trusted to manage your own matters, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team. There is also genuine future partnership potential for the right person.

The role

You will work across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and Probate
• Trusts
• Estate and tax planning
• LPAs
• Estate administration

About you

We are looking for someone with 3+ years' PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and has strong technical Private Client experience.

You will ideally be:

• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in growing your own client base and contributing to business development.
• Ambitious and looking for progression.
• STEP qualified or working towards STEP (desirable, but not essential).
