Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Private Client experience
• Strong trusts, estate planning, probate and tax planning knowledge
• STEP qualification advantageous but not essential

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving and collaborative team.

The role:

You'll manage a varied caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning


• Inheritance Tax planning


• Trust creation, administration and taxation


• Probate and estate administration


• Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Court of Protection and Deputyship matters


• Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, executors and trustees


• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

About You

You'll be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience and a strong technical understanding of trusts, estate planning, probate and tax planning. You'll be passionate about delivering excellent client service and keen to continue developing your career within a collaborative and ambitious team. STEP qualification, or working towards it, would be advantageous but is not essential.
