Job summary

Nub News is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor in Warwick to manage a full caseload in wills, probate and estate planning. You will handle wills, LPAs, and trusts for a diverse client base, with a focus on client service and technical excellence.

The role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements within a supportive team and a generous remuneration package dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in private client law.
• Experience handling wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration.
• Deeds of variation and family arrangements.
• Tax and estate planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full private client caseload across wills, estates and tax planning.
• Advise on deeds of variation and family arrangements.
• Deliver excellent client care with strong communication and teamwork.
