Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to partner with a long-established Warwickshire firm to appoint a Senior Private Client Solicitor. The role focuses on developing the private client department and delivering strategic, client-focused advice to a discerning client base.

You will mentor juniors and help the team meet financial targets. The ideal candidate will handle wills and powers of attorney, administration of trusts and estates, tax planning, and related matters with strong technical

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' experience in private client matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Established track record of meeting financial targets.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the private client department and strategy.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues within the team.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality client service and target achievement.
• Provide comprehensive advice on wills, trusts, and estates.

The firm are looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their firm and play a key role in the further development of their department

Applicants should be familiar with:

• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Trusts
• Administration of Estates
• Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
• Tax and estate planning

Key skills and experience:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ experience in dealing with private clientmatters
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
