You will handle a varied caseload from instruction to completion, drafting wills, administering estates, and advising on LPAs and Court of Protection matters, all within a supportive, collaborative culture.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Private Client experience.

• Draft Wills and advise on estate planning.
• Administer estates and handle probate matters.
• Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
