Job summary

A reputable Legal 500 law firm in Slough is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to manage their own caseload and contribute to developing the Private Client department. The role involves regular client meetings at the office and off-site, with opportunities to build professional networks.

The successful candidate will handle wills, probate, trusts, inheritance tax and LPAs, and Court of Protection matters in a hands-on, commercially minded team. Office hours are 9am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience.
• Experience managing own case files from start to finish.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
• Confident with networking.
• Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded.
• Keen to help develop and grow a team.
• 2:1 degree and STEP credential ideal alongside other qualifications.

An awardwinning, Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Slough office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to take a hands-on role in developing and growing a Private Client department. The role is highly client-focused, with regular client meetings both in the office and off site. You will also be expected to develop professional networks and help grow the Private Client team.

This provides an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to take ownership and play a key role in building the department.
