Job summary

Clayton Legal in Thame is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our established team. You will handle a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration, with client care at the forefront.

Experience in Court of Protection is advantageous but not essential; you will work autonomously with support from an experienced team, developing your private client expertise and client relationships.

• Strong technical knowledge across core private client matters
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded

An established and growing legal practice is looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor to its established team in Thame.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a supportive and friendly team where you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trusts.

Experience in Court of Protection matters would be advantageous, although this is not essential.

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload and will have strong client care skills, alongside a genuine interest in developing their private client expertise. You will be supported by an experienced team while being given the autonomy to build and maintain strong client relationships.

The Role

• Managing your own caseload of private client matters
