Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is assisting with a Private Client, Wills & Probate Solicitor role for candidates with 1-3 years PQE. The position focuses on probate, wills, and lasting powers of attorney in a friendly, career-oriented firm environment.

Office-based role initially, with flexibility after probation. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, plus a bonus structure, pension plan and ongoing training programs to support development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate
• Able to handle and manage a full caseload
• Proven track record of billing consistently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Probate - handling new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms, preparing administration accounts
• Wills - drafting and execution of wills and related documents
• Lasting powers of attorney
