Adjacency Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 1-4 years PQE in Private Client law. You will work in the Private Client department, advising clients on Wills, Trusts, and probate matters while also getting involved in networking and business development initiatives to attract new clients.

The role offers private medical insurance and additional leave, suitable for a friendly and professional individual with excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• 1-4 years PQE in Private Client law.

You’llbe working in thePrivate Clientdepartment of this established Practice and will play a key role in delivering solutions to clients around Wills,LPA / Trusteeship, probate as well as Trusts.Youshould also be happy to get involved in marketing andBD initiatives to help bring in new clients and raise awareness of the services on offer by the firm as well as the Private Client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with existing as well as new clients from initial triage, being their point of contact throughout
• Advising on a range of services including Wills, IHT, Trusts and probate matters etc
• Undertake networking, BD and other firm wide initiatives to continue to attract new clients to the firm

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have

• QualifiedSolicitor/ CILEXwith1-4 years PQE in Private Client
• Highly organised and able to keep all systems updated
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative to prioritise appropriately
• Approachable, friendly, and professional manner.
