Job summary

GMP Worldwide requires an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEX to join our Worcestershire team in Pershore. You will manage a varied caseload including wills, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ years PQE) looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to become an integral part of their highly regarded team based in a picturesque Worcestershire market town. The Role

You will manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning.
• Estate Administration and Probate matters.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Trust creation, administration and advice.
• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
• Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
• A desire to contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
