Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its Buckinghamshire team. You will manage a varied private client caseload with autonomy and develop client relationships while contributing to the growth of the practice.

You will advise on Wills, trusts, probate, estate planning and LPAs, with strong drafting and communication skills, and you will work in a supportive, collaborative environment offering hybrid working and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied private client caseload with autonomy.

• Handling probate and estate administration matters.
• Advising on tax planning, Court of Protection and elder law matters.
• Meeting clients and providing tailored, commercially focused advice.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Managing files in line with SRA and Lexcel requirements.
• Developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Supporting business development through presentations, seminars and networking.
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and contributing to the wider team.
