Job summary

Eventus Legal in Loughborough, Leicestershire, seeks a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–5 PQE) to join a long‑standing law firm. This full‑time permanent role offers £38,000–£45,000, hybrid working with up to two remote days weekly, 25 days holiday, pension, parking, and strong paralegal/assistant support. You will manage probate, wills, LPAs and trusts within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ–5 PQE and private client experience.
• Experience across a broad range of private client matters.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with autonomy.

Eventus Legal are seeking a Private ClientSolicitor or Legal Executive NQ to 5 years PQE to join a long-established law firm in Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is a full time, permanent job offering a salary of £38,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience, hybrid working with up totwo days per week working remotelyfrom home, 25days'holiday plus bank holidays and excellent support from paralegals and legal assistants. The successful Private Client Solicitor will join a cohesive and collaborative team with a strong regional reputation and genuine opportunities for progression.

Role Responsibilities

Working closely with the wider private client teamin Loughborough,Leicestershireyou will manage a varied caseload and provide clear, practical advice to individuals and families. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling probate and estate administration matters, including high-value estates
• Advising on and drafting willsand Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising clients on trusts and related private client matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and making effective use of paralegal and legal assistant support
• Managing files accurately and efficiently in line with professional and regulatory requirements

Person Specification

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors from NQ to five years' PQE in Loughborough, Leicestershire and the surrounding areas, as well as experienced Legal Executives who have experience managing their own private client caseload. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qualified Solicitor NQ to five years PQE

• The ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate autonomy
• Experience of probate and estate administration, including exposure to high-value estates
