Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' Private Client experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills.
• Able to manage files independently.

A respected Sussex law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its established team.

The Role

Manage a varied caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deeds of Variation, Gift, Retirement and Appointment

Experience of Court of Protection and Trust Administration matters would be beneficial.
