Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client matters.
• Experience handling wills, probate, and estate administration.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals on trusts and taxation.
• Ability to work across North Wales and Shropshire offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including Wills, estate planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Trust creation and administration, Tax and Succession Planning, LPA and Court of Protection matters.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex trust and estate matters, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters.
