Private Client Lawyer 2+PQE, Staffordshire, c£45,000 plus extensive benefits.

The firm are seeking a compassionate and motivated Solicitor / Legal Executive, 2+ PQE, to join their Wills & Probate team, managing a varied caseload and supporting colleagues while delivering outstanding client care. PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:

This role is about more than just technical expertise, it is about being a trusted adviser to individuals and families at key life moments. You will manage your own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts. Alongside this, you will provide supervision to junior colleagues and contribute to the department's continued success. Supervising and mentoring secretarial and junior fee earning staff, while delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships. Ensuring accurate billing, time recording and credit control and supporting the promotion and business development of the department. You will succeed if you're empathetic, client-focused and confident in your expertise. This is a client focused law firm known for delivering trusted legal advice with a personal touch. The Wills & Probate department plays a vital role in supporting the community and they are proud of their reputation for professionalism and compassion.
