Private Client Solicitor / 3+ PQE / Shropshire / £42,500,- £60,000 DOE/ Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to change firms? Well, you are in luck, this firm is currently looking for a highly ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

OVERVIEW:

• The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients in relation to wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and capacity issues including deputyship.
• In addition to this your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing your own caseload.
• Working with the team the develop the department.
• Networking and business development for workflows.
• Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing matters.
• Keep files well organised and property updated in accordance with the firms' policies.
• Use DPS for all emails, letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Utilise PC skills as necessary to carry out the job tasks.
• Record phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

THE CANDIDATE:

• The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities.
