Realm Recruit Ltd is partnering with a well-established Greater Manchester law firm to appoint a Private Client Associate Partner in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. The role offers senior leadership, a varied caseload and the chance to influence departmental growth.

You will advise high-net-worth individuals on wills, trusts, estate planning and tax matters, mentor juniors, and build client/referral networks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience
• Extensive knowledge of wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• Experience managing complex and high-value Private Client matters
• Strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Proven ability to develop client and professional referral relationships
• Excellent leadership, supervision and mentoring skills
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to business development
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative approach and commitment to excellent client care
• Ideally 7+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience
• STEP qualification or working towards completion
• Established professional network or referral contacts
