Job summary

Service Care is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to lead a busy private client practice in the UK. You will manage wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters while developing longstanding client relationships.

The role emphasises strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior lawyers as the firm expands its client base nationwide. A senior solicitor with accreditation is expected to join this permanent position.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in private client legal work including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships and generate business.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-quality caseload of private client work, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding the firm's private client portfolio
• Providing expert legal guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team development
• Contributing to the firm's strategic growth initiatives
