William James Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Partner for Cardiff to build and lead a new regional office within a respected national platform.

You will take ownership of developing the practice, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning, wealth structuring and succession matters, while recruiting and mentoring the team to scale in South Wales.

Qualifikationen

• Senior private client solicitor or partner with leadership ability.
• Strong private client expertise for high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record in business development and client relations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a Private Client team in Cardiff.
• Develop existing caseload and client relationships.
• Advise on wills, trusts, estate planning and probate.
• Grow the firm’s presence in Cardiff / South Wales.
• Mentor junior lawyers and senior fee earners.
• Drive recruitment and team build-out.
