Job summary

Confidential in Market Harborough is seeking a Private Client Paralegal for a hybrid role. You will support matters across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs, handling high-net-worth client cases with close guidance from Partners.

You will draft documents, liaise with clients and beneficiaries, and develop toward more responsibility as you progress within a specialist Private Client team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Client work, including Wills and Probate.
• Strong client-care and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence and liaise with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
• Work with senior lawyers and Partners to handle complex estates and build progression.
