Job summary

QED Legal seeks a Private Client Paralegal to join a forward-thinking high street practice with a supportive Private Client team. You will assist on Wills, Trusts and Probate matters, liaising with clients and HMRC while working under supervision in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in Private Client law.
• Exposure to Wills, Probate or Trust matters.
• Strong client care skills and relationship-building ability.
• Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with a varied Private Client caseload.
• Draft Wills and support Trust and Probate files.
• Liaise with clients, third parties and HMRC as required.
• Manage files from instruction to completion under supervision.
