Confidential is seeking a motivated Private Client Paralegal to support a busy 5-person Private Client team. You will assist with Wills, Trusts and Probate matters under the guidance of experienced fee earners, helping deliver high-quality client care and maintaining meticulous file management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
• Exposure to Wills, Probate, and/or Trust matters
• Strong client care skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters
• Drafting Wills and supporting on Trust and Probate files
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC where required
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
