QED Legal Recruitment Limited in Market Harborough is seeking a Private Client Paralegal with hybrid working. You will assist on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs, liaising with clients and senior lawyers to develop expertise within a specialist Private Client team.

Ideal candidates have previous Private Client or Wills & Probate exposure, are keen to progress, and possess strong client-care and organisational skills in a sensitive matters environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Private Client, Wills & Probate or related experience.
• Ambition to build a long-term career within Private Client.
• Strong client-care and communication skills.
• Organised, personable and comfortable dealing with sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a broad range of Private Client matters.
• Exposure to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
