Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to support a broad range of matters and gain exposure to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs.

You will work closely with senior Partners in a specialist Private Client team, with excellent direct contact for learning and progression. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to development within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Previous Private Client, Wills & Probate or related experience.
• Applications welcomed from Paralegals, Legal Assistants and junior Fee Earners.
• Ambition to build a long-term career within Private Client.
• Strong client-care and communication skills.
• Organised, personable and comfortable dealing with sensitive matters.
• Keen to develop technically and take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a broad range of Private Client matters.
• Exposure to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs.
• Working with a varied client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Assisting on more complex estates and Estate Planning matters.
• Regular direct contact with Partners and senior Private Client lawyers.
• Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
