Private Travel Concierge / Luxury Travel Consultant
London — Hybrid: 3 days in the London office, 2 days working from home.
Permanent | Full Time.
Annual base salary up to £40,000, with OTE of £53,000, including quarterly and annual performance bonuses. 23 days of annual leave, increasing by one day each year.
The Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for all prospective clients, setting the tone and building early confidence.
- Handle inbound new client enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm for the product.
- Offer intelligent early‑stage inspiration and direction that reflects the creativity and ambition of the business.
- Qualify and transition enquiries to the specialist Projects Team, ensuring a seamless handover.
- Stay closely informed on the full product range through regular communication with internal teams.
- Feed insights from client conversations back to Marketing to inform outreach and content direction.
- Help develop and refine the team’s approach to enquiry handling and lead management.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records within the CRM at all times.
- Ensure every new enquiry receives a timely, considered and on‑brand response.
Requirements
- At least two years in a client‑facing position within a luxury travel business.
- Genuine understanding of the luxury travel landscape and the expectations of UHNW clients.
- Assured, natural communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing, and instinctively warm in both.
- Ability to read a room (or a conversation) quickly and engage with high‑expectation, high‑profile individuals without missing a beat.
- Structured and self‑disciplined, able to manage multiple live enquiries without letting quality slip.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms for day‑to‑day pipeline and data management – experience with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
- Trustworthy, discreet and self‑motivated, taking ownership without needing direct supervision.
