Job Description

We're partnered with an award-winning, Legal 500-ranked law firm seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to assist solicitors and develop their own caseload. This role offers excellent exposure to property litigation and housing management, including possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour cases, and injunction proceedings.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support solicitors and fee earners in managing case files.
  • Draft legal documents such as claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for County Court proceedings.
  • Manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Prepare trial bundles and coordinate court paperwork.
  • Attend court to assist and conduct advocacy for routine matters.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate case files and undertake occasional site visits.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to firm policies.
