Realm Recruit is partnering with a Huddersfield firm to recruit a Private Client Lawyer with 4+ years' experience. You will inherit an established caseload covering wills, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax planning for HNW individuals and business owners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' Private Client experience with wills, probate and estate administration.
• Experience managing own caseload and advising HNW clients.
• Background in regional, national or high street practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established Private Client caseload
• Draft wills and advise on estate planning
• Handle probate and estate administration
• Advise on trusts and inheritance tax
• Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handle complex and high-value estates
• Advise on succession and asset protection
• Support HNW clients and business owners
• Build relationships with IFAs and accountants
• Support junior colleagues where appropriate
• Contribute to departmental growth
