Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a successful High Street Practice and manage a demanding caseload.

The role covers Wills, Trusts & Probate, LPAs, and, depending on experience, wealth planning and tax. The firm offers hybrid working, a dedicated secretary, their own office, and on-site parking at one of their regional offices, with a clear route to Partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious private client matters (Wills, Trusts, Probate).
• Ability to meet clients and provide clear advice on non-contentious matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a financially rewarding caseload in Private Client, Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Provide client-facing advice on Wills, Trusts, Probate and LPAs.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain strong client relationships.

Our client is a successful High Street Practice are seeing growth and have a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor, or Legal Executive to join and manage a financially rewarding caseload.

The firm have a will bank and much of the work comes across from working collaboratively with other departments. You will enjoy meeting cleints and providing advice on non-contentious matters across Wills Trust & Probate as well as LPA's and subject to experience additional wealth planning and tax.

We are seeking a confident communicator who is passionate about their career at either 1 - 5 years PQE however considering will be given to an ambitious and more senior individual seeking Route to Partnership.
