Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment’s client is seeking a confident Wills and Probate specialist to build a high‑value caseload from UHNW clients and business owners in London. You will work across offices and become the go‑to contact for prospect and current clients, developing and managing Wills, IHT, LPAs, Trusts and Probate matters.

To succeed you should be commercially minded, eager to partner with stakeholders, and prepared to attend local events to raise both your and the firm’s profile for a pipeline

Qualifications

• Wills and Probate specialist with proven experience.
• Commercially minded and able to develop relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload including Wills, IHT, LPAs, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Engage with both existing and prospective clients, cross-referring with other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with other firm offices to establish yourself as the go-to contact for Wills and Probate matters.
• Attend local events to raise the firm’s profile and generate new enquiries.

Job description

Our client is growing through a period of growth and this is an opportunity for someone who is confident as a Wills and Probate specialist who is interested in building a caseload from a network of affluent, UHNW and business owners.

You will work in collaboration with the firm's other offices and establish yourself as the go to person for prospect and current clients, where you will develop and manage a caseload of:

• Wills
• IHT
• LPAs
• Trust
• Probate and Estate Administration

The matters are expected to be both high value and at times complex, you will demonstrate good experience in your career to date and a communication style to engage internally for cross referral work from other departments.
