Gallagher in Llantrisant invites applications for a Private Client Executive to join a rapidly expanding insurer. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with salary from £25,000 and up to £28,500 depending on experience, office-based.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Desire to develop within the insurance industry.
• Confident communicator who can build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable personal lines solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide friendly, personalised service.
• Engage with customers via pre-arranged meetings and inbound inquiries.
• Listen to clients, understand their circumstances and explain available options clearly.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products meeting individual needs and coverage levels.
• Assist existing clients with queries, policy requirements and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client information across systems and collaborate in a sales/renewals team.
