eNL, a respected West Midlands law firm, seeks a Private Client Solicitor in Warwickshire for a full-time role. You will handle wills, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration for individuals and families, delivering high-quality client care.

Hybrid working is available, balancing office and home. The ideal candidate has 4+ years PQE in private client work, strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE, or equivalent experience, gained within Private Client.
• Technically strong across the main areas of Private Client law.
• Comfortable managing matters independently with limited supervision.
• A confident and effective communicator with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Highly client-focused, with a genuine commitment to providing a personal service.
• A collaborative team player who will thrive within a close-knit, supportive and family-oriented environment.
• Someone with an existing client following, ideally, although this is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Establishment of Trusts, including Vulnerable Person Trusts.
• Standard Estate Administration, including some higher-value and high-net-worth estates.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Preparing and drafting Wills independently and confidently.
