Job summary

Realm Recruit in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its Ripon office. You’ll inherit an established caseload covering wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, IHT and succession planning, with no need to generate your own work.

The role offers strong earning potential, generous 10% bonus on targets up to £10,000, and hybrid working with home days. A supportive, non-corporate team focused on client care awaits.

Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner looking for a ready-made caseload, strong earning potential and a better work-life balance?

This established North Yorkshire practice is looking for a Private Client Fee Earner to join its Ripon office. Private Client is the firm's largest department, with a strong flow of existing work and longstanding client relationships.

You’ll step into an established caseload covering wills, probate and estate administration, LPAs, trusts, IHT and succession planning. Work ranges from straightforward matters to more complex instructions for HNW clients.

There’s no expectation to bring a following or generate your own work. Instead, you'll be able to focus on managing your caseload, providing excellent client service and supporting an experienced team of Private Client lawyers.
