QED Legal is seeking a Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner in Rochdale to join a long-established firm with a strong local reputation. You may handle your own caseload or assist more senior staff, depending on experience, and you will work closely with clients on private client matters.

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000+Dependent on experience

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner to join a team of 4 in a long-established and highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester.

Role

You will join an established Private Client and depending on your experience level you could handle your own caseload or purely assist the more senior members of the team.

You will work closely with clients on a range of private client matters. The caseload can include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection work
• High-net-worth private client matters

The firm has an established Private Client Department with a strong reputation for providing a personal and high-quality service to individuals and families.

Requirements

The firm is open to experienced Private Client Paralegals, Legal Executives and Fee Earners, with the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established department.

You should have solid experience in private client work and be confident dealing directly with clients and managing your own caseload.
