Private Client Fee Earner - Established Regional Practice | Competitive Salary

An established regional law firm with multiple offices and a longstanding client base is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing department. The Team

The Private Client department is led by two longserving senior practitioners and includes a trainee solicitor, a CILEXqualified fee earner, a newly qualified solicitor and a paralegal who has progressed internally. This appointment will replace a retiring senior practitioner and strengthen the department's experienced middletosenior tier. The role offers clear scope for increased responsibility and future leadership.

The Role

You will take on and develop an established caseload supported by a substantial client database built over many years - no need to build a practice from scratch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, supporting their technical development
