Job summary

Realm Recruit in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its Ripon office. You’ll inherit an established caseload covering wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, IHT and succession planning, with no need to generate your own work.

The role offers strong earning potential, generous 10% bonus on targets up to £10,000, and hybrid working with home days. A supportive, non-corporate team focused on client care awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Will drafting, probate and estate administration.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters.
• Excellent client communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inherit an established caseload of wills, probate and estates.
• Draft wills and handle probate and estate administration.
• Advise on LPAs and manage trusts and IHT matters.
• Assist in succession planning for long-standing local clients.
• Support senior lawyers and provide responsive client service.
