Oculus Legal Group in London is seeking a Private Client Associate (3–6 PQE) to join a top-tier Legal 500 private client team. You will handle a varied caseload for high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees, with exposure to estate planning, wills and trusts, and tax discussions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years PQE in private client law.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees.
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate administration and inheritance tax planning.
• Excellent drafting and client relationship skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with ability to manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning.
• Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
• Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and personal tax planning.
• Establishing and advising on trusts and wealth preservation structures.
• Handling complex estate administration and probate matters.
• Supporting clients with intergenerational wealth planning and asset protection.
• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
