Job summary

LAW Absolute Ltd. in London is seeking a Private Client Associate with 2–4 years' PQE to join its established Private Client practice. The role offers exposure to wills, trusts, probate and international estate planning within a well-regarded firm.

You will work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of advisory and administration matters, developing client relationships and handling complex estates as your career progresses.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in Private Client.
• Experience in wills, trusts, probate and estate planning.
• Understanding of inheritance tax and personal tax considerations.
• Strong drafting and client relationship management skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with an interest in developing private client expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning.
• Advising on establishment and administration of trusts.
• Providing advice on inheritance tax and personal tax planning.
• Handling probate and estate administration, including complex estates.
• Assisting with cross-border private client matters and international estate planning.
• Advising on lasting powers of attorney and related matters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
