Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Central London is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Private Client team. You will lead on complex wills, trusts and estate planning for HNW/UHNW individuals.

You will advise on international matters, tax and wealth structuring, while building strong relationships with clients and working closely with Partners on sophisticated matters. This role offers progression within a highly regarded practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE with strong Private Client experience
• Experience advising HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong knowledge of trusts, estate planning and tax
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Commercially aware and confident working with sophisticated clients

Responsibilities

• Advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families and trustees

• Private client tax and Inheritance Tax
• International and cross-border matters
• Succession planning and wealth structuring
