The Role

You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues on a varied caseload, including:

• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning.
• Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
• Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and wider personal tax planning.
• Establishing and advising on trusts and wealth preservation structures.
• Handling complex estate administration and probate matters.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE in private client law.
