Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in London seeks a Private Client Associate with 3–6 years’ PQE to join its highly ranked private client team. The role offers exposure to high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and trustees on a broad range of matters.

The ideal candidate has strong drafting and client-relations skills, with experience in wills, trusts, estate administration and inheritance tax planning. This is a great opportunity to develop expertise within a well-regarded practice in Greater

Qualifications

3–6 years PQE in private client law.
Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees.
Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, estate administration and inheritance tax planning.
Excellent drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
Proactive and commercially minded approach with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
Genuine interest in developing their career within a highly regarded private client team.

Responsibilities

Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning.
Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and wider personal tax planning.
Establishing and advising on trusts and wealth preservation structures.
Handling complex estate administration and probate matters.
Supporting clients with intergenerational wealth planning and asset protection.
Developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
