Handelsbanken is looking for a Private Banking Manager to join our Preston branch. You will be responsible for the management and development of a private banking customer portfolio, driving profitable business growth through proactive promotion of the Bank’s products and services.

The role includes attracting new customers via customer referrals, active engagement with mortgage brokers, professional advisors and working closely with the Corporate Banking Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience of managing a customer portfolio, largely of professionals, business owners and high net worth individuals.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and broker networks would be highly desirable.

• Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing private banking customers through high levels of service and external networking.
• Build relationships with professional firms, brokers and introducers to support sustainable growth.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across products to deliver tailored solutions.
• Communicate the Bank's value proposition and differentiation to customers and partners.
• Evaluate financial information and lending proposals, ensuring adherence to policy and risk controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customers receive full Handelsbanken services.
