Job summary

Bank of Singapore, Asia’s Global Private Bank, is seeking a seasoned Financial Intermediaries Relationship Manager to expand BOS UK's intermediary network and drive AUM growth across the UK and selected international markets.

You will build strategic partnerships with IFAs, EAMs, MFOs and wealth managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong client delivery, and sustainable revenue expansion. The role requires deep market knowledge and leadership in a regulated, private-banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Intermediaries business development.
• CFA Charterholder, CISI Level 6 (PCIAM) or FCA-recognised qualification.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UK wealth management landscape (IFAs, EAMs, Family Offices).
• Proven ability to build a business franchise and deliver commercial results.
• Experience in regulated financial services with FCA knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• High integrity, professionalism and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Financial Intermediaries business strategy for BOS UK in line with growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new intermediary partners (IFAs, EAMs, MFOs, Wealth Managers).
• Grow AUM, revenue and client base through intermediary referrals and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain robust AML, KYC and financial crime prevention standards.
