Job summary

UBS Group AG in London seeks a client-facing professional to establish and grow long-term relationships with Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers, Multi-Family Offices). You will serve as the primary contact for daily interactions, delivering tailored solutions and collaborating across the bank to ensure seamless client processes.

The role requires strong risk awareness, excellent English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within the UK

Qualifications

• Establish and grow long-term client relationships with Financial Intermediaries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Intermediaries and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate across bank areas to ensure seamless client-related processes and transactions
• Review FIMs and end clients in line with desk procedures
• Understand UBS FIM offering and deliver it to applicable FIMs
• Demonstrate strong risk and quality standards in all activities
• Excellent communication in English and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term client relationships with Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers, Multi-Family Offices).
• Serve as the primary contact for Financial Intermediaries and provide tailored solutions in daily interactions.
• Collaborate with bank areas to ensure seamless execution of all client-related processes and transactions.
• Review FIMs and end clients in accordance with desk procedures.
• Contribute to delivering UBS FIM offerings to applicable Financial Intermediaries.
• Support team goals and maintain strong risk management culture.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well under pressure.
