Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a driven professional to support a team of Client Advisors within Private Banking. You will engage in client communication and collaborate with colleagues across markets, businesses, and functions to deliver superior client service.

You will monitor accounts, manage documentation, and assist with investment and trade activities while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and relationship management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• University degree (finance, law or business) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy.
• Good judgment and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration.
• Documentation management (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC, etc.).
• Advisory and brokerage accounts trade execution and daily control over trade settlement.
• Liaising with Operations, Client Service Specialist, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams.
• Assist in preparing investment performance reviews and marketing pitches.
• Maintain risk management monitoring of portfolios for investment, regulatory, and compliance purposes.
• Internal account maintenance and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports.
