Qualifications

• University Diploma preferably with a major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or IT.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic, French or local language desirable.
• Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making.
• Working knowledge of banking products and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively market the Group’s products to increase sales volume and profitability, and to achieve targets.
• Monitor KPIs for Private Banking customer service performance and quality.
• Maintain SLAs with internal departments to improve turnaround times.
• Build and maintain relationships with related departments to achieve goals.
• Provide timely information to auditors, compliance, and risk functions as required.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone or email.
• Cross-sell bank products to walk-in customers when appropriate.
• Manage the Private Banking lobby area and workflow.
• Assist customers in filling out forms and applications (accounts, loans, cards).
• Receive loan applications and prepare loan agreements.
• Attend to peak times and perform other duties as needed.
