We specialise in M&A and capital advisory for clients across infrastructure, energy, and industrials. Our Energy Transition team is at the forefront of advising companies and investors driving decarbonisation and sustainability in the real economy.

Role Summary

We are looking to hire an Associate Director to support the continued growth of our Energy Transition advisory practice. Based in London, the successful candidate will lead transaction workstreams and support client coverage across sectors such as renewables, distributed energy, storage, EV infrastructure, clean fuels, and related technologies. This is a key mid-level position offering a clear path to Director and exposure to senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of M&A, private capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates
• Build and review financial models, business plans, and valuation analyses
• Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch books, and marketing documents for clients and investors
• Coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with clients, legal, technical, and financial advisors
• Support origination activities including market mapping, idea generation, and pitch preparation
• Help manage junior team members and contribute to their development
• Stay up to date on sector trends, regulatory developments, and investment themes in the energy transition space

Candidate Profile

• 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related advisory environment
• Strong exposure to energy transition, infrastructure, or broader industrial sectors
• Demonstrable experience running transactions and managing key workstreams independently
• Advanced financial modelling, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to engage with senior clients and counterparties
• Self-starter with a collaborative approach and interest in working in an entrepreneurial team environment
• Degree from a leading academic institution; additional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA) a plus
